BIOGRAPHY:
UK hip hop artist Red Tempa was born into the music scene in 2005 following his hit single ‘Lost soul’ that was used by Sir Richard Branson for a Virgin advert. When it comes to Red Tempa’s music, no two songs sound similar; all of his songs feature influences from the many countries he has lived in. The one element that does remain constant in his music, is that all his lyrics are written with positive messages, contrary to the gangster rap music he was brought up with.
This breath of fresh air was noticed by the Oxfordshire-based Independent label Starharbour Records in 2008, who released his debut album ‘Both Sides’ which reflects the influences picked up from living on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
